After purchasing, please submit your original, uncropped photo to the email address below along with your order number. Ensure images are clear, crisp, and include bright lighting. If you are unsure of what image to use, please reach out for guidance. Include any notes about the tone and general color preferences if applicable. I'll always do my best to accommodate your request within reason, while staying true to my creative integrity. 

All Keepsake portraits are completed in the order they are received. Orders placed by December 1, 2025, will arrive no later than December 18th. If I’m unable to complete a piece for any reason, you will be notified and refunded in full.
