Return Policy
Madly Yours will accept returns/exchanges within five business days of the date on which your order was received. MadlyYoursCollection.com does not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from a retailer other than MadlyYoursCollection.com. All returned merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition, with original dust bag and any additional attachments. Madly Yours reserves the right to thoroughly inspect a returned item and altered or damaged goods will not be accepted. Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. By making a purchase from Madly Yours, you accept these terms and conditions.
All promotional sales including flash sales, sample sales, holiday sales, etc are final sale. Any personalized/monogrammed items are final sale.
Making an exchange or return?
Please contact sales@madlyyourscollection.com with your order number along with a brief reason for your exchange or return. If your order is eligible for a return or exchange, a Return Authorization # will be issued.
Returns must be postmarked within five (5) business days of the date your item was delivered. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method. Madly Yours is not responsible for any carrier mistakes resulting in returned packages not received. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
