DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS : Items shipped within the US will be sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking numbers and delivery conformation. Once an order is produced/processed, your shipment will promptly arrive within 3-5 days via Standard Delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note, First Class Airmail does not provide tracking information. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please select either Priority Airmail or Express Mail services. Furthermore, Express Mail requires a customer signature at delivery.
TAXES & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) : All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
PRE-ORDERS : Orders that include pre-order items will ship when the pre-order items are available to ship. Please check pre-order item's webpage for the available ship date before purchasing. If you purchase in-stock items along with pre-order items, and choose to split your shipments, an additional $6.00 will be charged to cover the cost of separate shipments.
